Requirements

  • Prior payroll related experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good analytical abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Daily cash over short reconciliation, reporting, and follow up
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Perform daily cash deposits
  • Responsible for monitoring Kronos and Ultipro payroll updates
  • Communicate with department heads on any payroll related items
  • Perform any other payroll-related functions directed by management
  • Be available to assist the corporate audit team and provide any/all requested payroll-related information
  • Research discrepancies with the payroll
  • Maintaining daily and weekly responsibilities in Evention including balancing service charges and cash
  • Completing all payroll duties in a timely manner
  • Making sure all payroll reports are printed daily/weekly
  • Being a team player and assist other areas when needed
