About The Position

Lead the financial management of our ZF Wind Power US Legal Entity. This includes responsibilities in Financial Performance Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Controlling & Cost Transparency, Inventory & Asset Management, Internal Controls & Compliance, Business Partnering, Capital Expenditure (Capex) Controlling, and Collaboration with Shared Services / Global Finance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing variances, plant KPIs, inventory valuation, and product costing
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis at plant or business unit level
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data into financial insights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with operational and technical teams
• Solid system knowledge: SAP (CO/FI modules), MS Office, and dashboarding tools (ideally Power BI)
• Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Shared Service Centers or global finance organizations is considered a strong asset
• Additional languages are a plus
