Key Responsibilities Oversee general ledger activities and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Review and approve bank reconciliations and other key account reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with leadership Maintain strong internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities Serve as a key liaison between accounting staff and the Director of Accounting Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage and analyze financial data Prepare and review financial reports and analyses as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices Proven experience managing accounting staff, including remote teams Experience with budgeting and forecasting Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience; previous supervisory experience a plus Experience working in a multi-site or distributed organization Process improvement or system implementation experience PlayCore is an equal opportunity employer.
