Healios Healios Integrative Health is a fast-growing, multi-site integrative healthcare platform focused on chiropractic care and expanding into physical therapy, acupuncture, and regenerative medicine. Operating across multiple states, we acquire and integrate clinics while building scalable finance and operations to support our next phase of growth. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care while empowering providers with the infrastructure, support, and autonomy to thrive. What You Will Do You’ll own day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping while building clear KPI tracking and financial reports in close partnership with the CFO/COO. You’ll also help integrate newly acquired clinics by supporting HR, benefits, insurance, and finance processes in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in accounting and/or finance; multi-site or multi-entity experience preferred; healthcare experience strongly valued.
  • Advanced NetSuite experience required; Ramp and Rippling experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals and comfort working with detailed financial data.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, low-ego, and willing to roll up sleeves to get the work done.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & Close Support: Code and post transactions (AP/AR/JEs), maintain reconciliations and clean balance-sheet schedules, allocate and review expenses to the appropriate entities, and support a timely and accurate month-end close.
  • Consolidation Support: Assist the CFO/COO with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and entity and account mapping schedules.
  • Financial Reporting & Modeling: Partner with the CFO/COO on financial reporting and analysis, including but not limited to: Monthly balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow reporting with variance analysis o Compensation and incentive structures ROI, unit economics, and scenario planning
  • Investor & Board Materials: Prepare financial schedules, charts, and commentary for quarterly investor reporting and monthly board reporting in collaboration with the CFO/COO (strong PowerPoint skills required).
  • Payroll Support: Assist the CFO/COO in running bi-weekly payroll and related reconciliations.
  • Systems & Tools: Use NetSuite for accounting and reporting. Manage Ramp for corporate cards and accounts payable, and Rippling for payroll and HR integration.
  • Audit & Tax Support: Maintain audit-ready schedules and workpapers, support coordination with external auditors and tax advisors, and file quarterly sales tax returns.
  • Clinic Integrations: Support onboarding of newly acquired clinics across HR, benefits, insurance, payroll mappings, and accounting setup.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Revenue Cycle teams to align financial reporting with clinical performance and growth objectives.
