About The Position

Join a growing engineering and manufacturing company building advanced, industry-leading products for customers across motorsports, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager who wants to own the numbers, improve the systems behind them, and play a visible role in how the business operates. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys the precision of accounting, the pace of a smaller company, and the chance to work directly with leadership. You’ll manage core accounting processes, partner with an external CPA, and help build scalable financial and operational workflows as the company continues to grow. Because this role touches finance, purchasing, inventory, ERP systems, and day-to-day operations, it offers meaningful variety and the opportunity to become a trusted business partner, not just the person closing the books. High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and business decisions. Broad scope across accounting, finance, purchasing, inventory, and operations. Opportunity to improve processes, strengthen controls, and help scale the finance function. Work close to innovative products serving demanding technical markets.

  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, inventory valuation, and management reporting that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Look for practical ways to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, documentation, and internal controls.

  • Obtain pricing, negotiate purchases, and support procurement of equipment and operational supplies.
  • Assist with inventory reporting and supply chain coordination.
  • Resolve vendor questions, freight issues, and customs-related documentation as needed.
  • Partner with leadership on operational projects and process improvements.
  • Help maintain company policies, business records, and internal documentation.
  • Provide cross-functional support to operations and logistics during peak periods.
  • Participate in special projects that improve efficiency across finance and operations.
