Accounting/Finance Internship
About The Position
Our 12-week summer internship is designed to give you full exposure to all phases of the construction accounting process. You will work closely with our team on: preparing and reviewing schedules, account reconciliations, data compilations, cost tracking, etc. While directly working with our accounting department, you will gain insight into the inner workings of our finance team and how month-end processes are managed. In addition to your time with the accounting team, you will also have direct exposure to the real estate development, construction management, and property management sides of our business. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Program; Accounting, Finance, or similar major preferred.
- Junior standing is preferred, minimum of Sophomore standing required.
- Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
- Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
