The primary role is providing support to the Field Accounting team while providing top notch internal customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a professional office
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SAP
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
• Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Produce and park centralized journal entry uploads weekly and at period end
• Produce and park standard accounting entries weekly and at period end
• Distribute SAP reports and other accounting reports weekly and at period end
• Processing and mailing checks daily
• Process Check-on-Demand requests
• Process Closing Book Entries
• Process daily AR uploads into SAP via an Access database
• Track and resolve all Accounts Payable returned checks
• Enter source documents into SAP
• Create period-end entries for various chargebacks
• Review and process errors from In Unit Accounting Systems into SAP
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the management team, as needed
