We are currently seeking candidates for the Accounting and Compliance Specialist position to work a set weekend schedule of Thursday through Monday. Candidates must be willing and able to work Thursday through Saturday at Cinergy - Odessa and Sunday through Monday at Cinergy - Midland Tall City. What We Do: The Accounting and Compliance Specialist works with the management team to accurately report on the results of daily operations and to help safeguard company assets. Through assisting with store opening and nightly closing routines and verifying the accuracy of many operational, statistical, and financial reports, this key team member plays a vital role in making sure individual and team performance meets or exceeds company expectations. Integrity, dependability, accountability, and professional communication skills must be demonstrated to achieve success in this role. Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work daytime shifts, weekends, and holidays on a fixed schedule
- Weekends required
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficient with POS reporting systems and cash handling procedures
- Stable work history and experience as a bookkeeper or cashier
- The minimum age for this position is 21
