We're looking for a detailed and well-rounded Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is a role where you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks Online pro who thrives in a hybrid work environment and possesses the discipline to manage complex accounts with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Experienced: You have at least 4 years of clerical accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment where you've managed complex, interlocking ledgers.
Software: You don't just "use" QuickBooks Online-you master it. You understand how to navigate the system to keep our databases organized and audit ready.
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for analytical excellence. You notice the small trends and errors that others miss, and you take pride in a perfectly balanced sheet.
Independent & Disciplined: You thrive in a hybrid-remote setting. You are a self-starter who can prioritize a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, and you're comfortable using tools like Monday.com to keep tasks on track.

Responsibilities

Handle the daily flow of business transactions across our multi-entity organization, ensuring every fund received and dollar spent is posted with precision.
Master the AP/AR Cycle: From matching, batching, and coding vendor invoices to generating custom contract-based billing, you'll keep our cash flow moving and our vendor relationships strong.
Conduct deep-dive reconciliations of account statements and analyze variances. When numbers don't align, you're the one who investigates and resolves the discrepancy.
Be a key player in our month-end activities, ensuring all reconciliations and reports are completed accurately and on schedule to keep our financial reporting rock-solid.
Help manage and maintain our accounting database, providing the clean data and professional summaries needed for special projects and long-term financial health.
