The pay range we’re offering is $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience. We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing. Requirements

1-2 years Accounts Receivable/Payable experience and basic accounting knowledge.
Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred.
ERP Systems and QuickBooks experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Accounts Receivable Department in processing customer invoices and obtain appropriate tax information.
Assist in processing customer payments and collections on past due invoices.
Assist Accounts Payable Department in entering invoices for payments and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
Assist with property management accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and rent payments in QuickBooks.
Respond to customer and vendor emails in a professional manner.
Cross-train in a variety of daily accounting tasks.
