The Accounting Clerk position will report directly to the Controller and offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to be directly involved in the growth and success of UPLIFT Desk, and provides significant career growth opportunities.

Requirements

2+ years of NetSuite experience a must (please do not apply without NetSuite experience)
2+ years of Accounting experience
A complete and comprehensive understanding of GAAP accounting practices and procedures.
Excellent communication, time management skills, and attention to detail required
Strong background in A/R and Collections

Nice To Haves

Some college or college degree
Familiarity and experience with sales tax a plus
Experience with Google mail, Google Chat, Google Meets, Google docs / sheets a plus
Ability to multi-task with a wide variety of customer needs
Good under pressure

Responsibilities

High volume A/R and A/P
Verifying claims and processing refunds
Purchase order verification
Assist with customer credit application setup
Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
Deposits and post daily bank activity
Billing and collections
Process high volume invoices
Supporting staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
