Accounting Clerk General Summary Looking for: Seasonal Accounting help (Memorial Day-Labor Day) We need coverage for 7 days a week, hours may vary, but could be 25-35hrs/week The ideal applicant needs to be available until Water World closes-Labor Day Weekend Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Hyland Hills is looking for seasonal accounting help. A successful candidate will be responsible for checking daily reports, and use those to prevent fraudulent transactions, manage and research chargebacks for all district facilities and other duties as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess general office equipment usage skills; phone, computer (especially Microsoft Excel), 10-key and copier. Applicants must exhibit exceptional organization and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy. They must also be comfortable with cash handling. Dependability and integrity are a must in this position. Working Environment/Physical Activities: Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as needed. Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable working with technology. Must be comfortable standing and moving for multiple hours in a workday. Ability to lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/ or move 50 pounds. This position is not a bonus-eligible position.
