About The Position

The Allied Accounting Clerk assists in overseeing the application of bi-monthly Allied statements, in the collection of Allied receivables, and will assist service centers with Allied related problems. This position will also perform all billing, accounts payable and collections for Allied shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee application of bi-monthly Allied statements
  • Collection of Allied receivables
  • Assist service centers with Allied related problems
  • Perform all billing, accounts payable and collections for Allied shipments
  • Reconcile bi-monthly Allied statements
  • Audit all shipments paid on statements
  • Work Allied collections lists
  • Work Allied due from shippers collections
  • Work Allied non-ship expenses
  • Assist in balancing Allied clearing accounts
  • Perform end of day posting/reporting for Allied receivables
  • Answer questions about Allied credit card transactions, Allied rating, Allied billing and request credit card refunds as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
