This role involves processing accounts payable invoices, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments. It also includes assisting with accounts receivable, such as invoicing and payment application, and reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies. The position requires maintaining accurate and organized financial records, assisting with month-end close activities and reporting, and entering data into accounting systems with a high degree of accuracy. The Accounting Clerk will also respond to vendor and internal inquiries, support audits, and perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
