We’re looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk who shares our passion for agriculture and wants to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll help ensure accuracy in financials and turn data into meaningful information farm families can use every day.
Requirements
- Degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of accounting experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
- Perform AP invoice entry and vendor payments
- Invoice and reconcile cash receipts
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Prepare and submit weekly vendor payments
- Support other accounting projects as needed
