Responsibilities

  • Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
  • Maintain payroll files
  • AR Collections
  • RMS/DASH on Boarding customers
  • Contacting Adjusters regarding payment
  • Contact homeowners regarding inv
  • Sort mail
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
  • Maintain Accounts Payable files
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Process weekly Accounts Payable
  • Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
  • Has fun and is part of a growing business
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
