We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position combines accounting support, accounts payable and receivable, ERP administration, timekeeping coordination, and operational support across multiple business functions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business support experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • ERP experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Maintain financial and operational data within SAP and other business systems
  • Administer employee timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
  • Support fleet administration and operational reporting
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing
