About The Position

Blaine Brothers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Associate Accountant to join their Minnesota-based, family-owned business. This role supports daily accounting functions, maintains accurate financial records, and assists with financial reporting to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, is computer savvy, dependable, able to meet deadlines, and has experience with accounting systems, financial data entry, reconciliations, and general accounting processes.
