Accounting Associate
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented addition to our finance team. This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with Sales Managers and Sales staff, providing valuable cross-functional exposure across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative in-office environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support the Controller in financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and staff to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Participate in general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
