About The Position

The Accounting Associate plays a critical role in supporting the daily financial operations of a fast-growing, family-owned business. This position is responsible for delivering full-cycle accounts payable tasks, performing company bank and credit card reconciliations, and auditing location-specific daily sales and deposit transactions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level to two years of accounting or finance experience; prior accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office 365, and Excel.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and corporate expense tools like Ramp is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline driven, detail-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and corporate expense tools like Ramp is highly preferred.
