About The Position

The Accounting Associate is a key member of the Bay Towel Finance Team. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Associate to perform a variety of Accounting, Reporting and Financial tasks. Bay Towel, Inc. is a privately owned company that offers linen and uniform rental services, as well as, commercial laundry services to businesses throughout Wisconsin. We have a highly-diversified production facility serving a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, industrial manufacturers, food manufacturing, and hospitality. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in related field
• Knowledge of Sage 100 a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive checks and perform daily remote deposit.
• Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
• Enter and post Accounts Payable each week, which includes entering, recording and reconciling invoices to payments.
• Collect key business data and generate reporting to management team.
• All other duties as assigned.
