About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring customer invoice creation to ensure timely and accurate processing. The specialist will ensure all invoices are disbursed in accordance with customer specifications and will correspond with customer service and AR Specialist to reconcile discrepancies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and monitoring customer invoice creation.
• Ability to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Proficiency in disbursing invoices in accordance with customer specifications.
• Strong communication and reconciliation skills for corresponding with customer service and AR Specialist.
