Lunar Companies is looking for a professional, hospitable and courteous team-player to join our team as an Accounting Assistant in our corporate office. This role involves posting financial data, entering and verifying financial transactions, handling client communication, and maintaining the organization's bookkeeping process. The Accounting Assistant will collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to execute accounting tasks, maintain company ledgers, and create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders. Responsibilities also include identifying and correcting discrepancies in ledgers, coordinating payment and billing details with external providers, verifying payments and deposits, creating management reports, and performing bank reconciliations.
