The Accounting Assistant role will specialize in the accounting processes for all vehicle inventory and dealer trades. Experience with CDK is preferred
Dealership experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Assigns appropriate stock numbers to all incoming new and used vehicle inventory and loads them into DMS.
Processes Dealer Trade paperwork, issues payment, and ensures receipt of payment and MSO from other dealers.
Monitors new vehicle invoices and submits updated invoices to Controller for floorplan adjustments.
Files invoices, MSO’s, titles.
Assists with floorplan audits.
Ensures compliance of state, federal and/or local laws in signing off on MSO’s and titles.
Scanning and filing of various office documents.
Other duties as assigned.
