About The Position

Cadrex is searching for an Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations by filing, running software programs, entering accounts payables & receivables. Supports other Cadrex departments by performing administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing electronic files, and sorting & assembling forms & documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Processes AP vouchers
  • Posts customer payments
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
  • Reconciles vendor statements
  • Submits invoices to customer portals
  • Prepares and distributes reports as needed
  • Provides back up receptionist and AP support as needed
