Accounting Assistant: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Accounting Assistant position is available in our Hooksett business office location. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great attention to detail and a knowledge of Excel. Position will require regular payroll duties including but not limited to updating records, ensuring punches are recorded, resolving discrepancies, managing benefit enrollments & employee deductions, processing payroll, and conducting new hire orientations. The position may also assist with billing research sponsors and tracking payments from sponsors and to third party vendors. Experience with a large payroll company such as Paylocity or ADP and processing payroll for a minimum of 50 employees is preferred.
