Reporting to the School Administrator, the Accounting Assistant will assist with the preparation and maintenance of fiscal records and related documents. This role involves managing accounts, verifying time and leave reports, assisting with School Activity Fund accounts and Department Operating Budgets, and serving as the school/department's financial expert. The position also coordinates procurement and payment procedures, reviews and posts deposits, and prepares and maintains accurate employee payroll records.
