About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Accounting Assistant for their corporate team. This role will be responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for the corporate office, including corporate Accounts Payable and AMEX expense coding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three to five or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Experience in Expense reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Experience with Ottimate, Excel, Sage, Concur are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for the corporate office.
  • Assisting with corporate Accounts Payable.
  • Assisting with AMEX expense coding.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
