About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy. If you’re someone who takes pride in precision and likes structured, task-focused work, this will be a great fit. This is an on-site role in Miami, FL. Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (professional level required)
  • Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, basic accounting)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience handling high-volume data entry
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with trucking compliance

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
  • Support administrative and financial workflows
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks
