Reporting directly to the Owner and working closely with leadership, the Accounting and Finance Coordinator will manage daily accounting functions and payroll while coordinating closely with the company’s CPA firm and key internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site, high-trust position that includes: Accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight Payroll processing Cash handling and signing authority Financial organization and recordkeeping Weekly coordination with ownership and operations This role carries significant responsibility and requires sound judgment and discretion. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, dependable, and takes full ownership of their responsibilities.
