Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious about assignments.
• The employee communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis
• Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools through coursework is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with capital project tracking, capitalization support, and RFD documentation (non‑union, analytical support only)
• Support month‑end close through reconciliations, journal entry support packages, and variance analysis
• Assist in updating business process narratives and internal control documentation
• Support revenue, pricing, and margin analysis, including audit and exception review
• Develop and maintain Finance & Accounting SharePoint documentation and knowledge libraries
• Prepare analytical dashboards and KPI reporting, with a primary focus on Sales analysis
• Assist with the annual business plan and monthly forecasting process
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
