About The Position

The Accounting & Finance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑organized accounting processes. This position provides essential support to internal and external stakeholders and contributes to the integrity of financial information used for organizational decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
  • Recent accounting graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of all applicable accounting principles, rules, and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting tasks across all areas of the organization
  • Maintain organization and structure within the Accounting Department, continually seeking process improvements.
  • Assist in performing high-dollar, time-sensitive transactions while managing ongoing responsibilities
  • Assist with month-end and quarterly closing activities, including preparation and review of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and transactions
  • Support Account Payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor communication
  • Prepare financial data upon request and assist with ad-hoc accounting projects
  • Serve as a resource for problem-solving and research related to financial data and business intelligence
