About The Position
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, processing accounting transactions related to sales and accounts receivable, and generating reports that support decision-making in the finance and sales departments. This role provides administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring data integrity in financial systems and contributing to revenue and sales performance analysis.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual required
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable or sales analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office), databases, and accounting software.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data
- Verify, classify, record, and reconcile data and financial activity
- Ensure correct and accurate capture of financial data
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department in daily tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align objectives and share key information.
- Prepare, file, and maintain up-to-date accounting documents and financial records in the accounting system.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies related to sales and collections.
- Collaborate with the Accounting director to define realistic and achievable sales targets.
- Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales performance.
- Develop interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs in real time.
- Report to management on trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in collection processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose improvements.
- Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Stay up to date on accounting procedures and industry best practices.
