Requirements

  • Understanding of GAAP accounting
  • Experienced in Power Point, Excel and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate financial and operational insights to management and business partners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
  • Support regulatory, management, and financial reporting activities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret operational and contractual data
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of analyses and reporting deliverables from initiation through completion

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years in natural gas or liquids industry
  • Experience in related analytical role
  • Understanding of GAAP and FERC accounting
  • Understanding of ASC 606
  • Power Query/Power Automate / DAX
  • Experience with Power BI, large datasets, and financial reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for revenue accounting, contract reporting and analysis.
  • Provides ad hoc analysis to support the Commercial, Regulatory, Tax, Investor Relations and Corporate Development departments.
  • Contract and Revenue reporting and analysis
  • Provide support for internal and external auditors
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
