Under minimal direction, reconcile account balances, maintain the accounting general ledger and accounts receivable system (as necessary), generate and interpret accounting reports, navigate accounting systems, make accounting recommendations, ensure proper classification of costs and allocations, participate in audits and month-end close procedures, effectively analyze financial reports and accounting data in both onsite and remote settings while meeting required deadlines. Note : There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Accounting Analyst I, job grade 6; Accounting Analyst II, job grade 7; or Accounting Analyst III, job grade 8; or Accounting Analyst Senior, job grade 9. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
