About The Position

Trileaf Corporation is a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering and architectural design. From its headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S., Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate, and financial industries. Trileaf is seeking an Accounting Administrator to assist with accounting and administrative tasks. This position is based in our St. Louis, Missouri office and will require on-site work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, and recordkeeping
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Exposure to entry-level accounting tasks
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and professional environment by greeting visitors and managing front office interactions
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and collaborative workspace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to maintain efficiency and availability
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and external vendors for maintenance and office needs
  • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements and meals for the management team
  • Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support accounting functions, including data entry, invoice tracking, and vendor communication
  • Maintain and update client information in accounting systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including office events and team-building activities
  • Manage company announcements and employee onboarding communications
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain shared spaces such as the breakroom
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with opportunities for growth
