About The Position

We are thrilled to announce a full-time Accounting Administrative Clerk position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will contributes to the mission of Frank Winston Crum Insurance by performing administrative, general accounting, financial reporting, and auditing functions.

Requirements

  • Keys to success in this position include knowledge of accounting processes and one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prints, scans, electronically files various documents for the accounting department.
  • Assists with annual document distribution of state filings that occur quarterly and annually and 1099’s.
  • Scans and mails weekly check runs.
  • Assists with escheat letters by tracking them in excel, printing the letters and then mailing them.
  • Reviews and distributes incoming correspondence mail and email.
  • Performs light data entry duties.
  • Provides administrative support for the accounting team.
  • Downloads statements and invoices as needed.
  • Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.
