Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required
Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Posts sales transactions to accounting records.
Bills all new and used car deals and posts into accounting
Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness
Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution
Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed
Reconciles office records with those of the sales department.
Prepares a daily report of contracts, vehicle receivables due and proceeds.
Accounts for all deal records. Compiles a list of any missing transactions.
Resolves any titling problems with the responsible managers.
Signs off on commission payments based on final documentation.
Compiles reports as requested.
