About The Position

IT Consulting company is looking for a bilingual (English/Japanese) individual with hands-on accounting experience who can support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general administrative tasks. This is a part-time position (5 hours per day, 5 days per week).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR required)
  • Business-level English and Japanese (written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable (invoice entry, payment preparation, vendor management)
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (billing, payment collection, etc)
  • Assist with monthly closing and journal entries
  • Maintain accounting records and documents
  • Support office administration, filing, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Handle general correspondence (email, mail, courier, etc.)
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed
