Accountant – Full-Time COME GROW WITH US! PURPOSE The Accountant is a key member of the finance team, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accuracy across financial processes. This role focuses on pharmacy-related financial activity, general ledger reconciliation, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Associate’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare and corporate accounting setting
  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting
  • Sage Intacct

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process pharmacy invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Complete reconciliations and maintain supporting Excel schedules
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end close processes
  • Review accounts receivable and accounts payable activity for accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks as needed
