About The Position

Super Color, a leader in large-format printing and custom signage, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, California, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation, ensuring our financial operations are seamless as we continue to create extraordinary visual experiences for the world’s most recognised brands. Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
In-depth understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements and reports.
Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary.
