About The Position

We are a multinational Business Process Optimization company based in the United States. Since 2015, we have experienced strong and stable growth and have grown into a multinational company with over 350 employees. We are looking for additional team members to help continue the positive trends! We would be happy to receive your application and discuss available options in detail during an interview. Our position is entirely a work-from-home position, and we have a lot of experience and success in training and onboarding new team members online. For that reason, we are accepting applications from anywhere in Nepal!

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Experienced in Excel
• Knowledgeable about accrual and depreciation
• Proficiency in English from Upper-Intermediate (B2, C1, C2)
• Ability to work within US business hours, 7 AM - 3 PM CDT.
• Proficiency in working with computer and office programs
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and multitask

Responsibilities

• Performing month-end closing activities
• Posting journal entries
• Complying with daily submission of time sheets and updating workflow systems
• Respond promptly to inquiries from the team
