Responsibilities Essential functions Responsible for gathering, consolidating, and reviewing of monthly reports for assigned locatio n. Will input and reconcile all fixed assets to the ledger. Responsible for retiring all fixed assets that were disposed of or sold. Accurately prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents for management. Prepares all necessary journal entries on a monthly basis. Review subsidiary financial transmissions for accuracy and completeness prior to posting into Oracle (Fusion). Assist in year-end audits. Special projects as required. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Detail-oriented and a diligent working attitude is essential. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting; public accounting experience a plus Strong ERP systems experience Strong computer skills, particularly as it relates to data manipulation and financial modeling in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups, etc) Ability to work well with others, both inside and outside of Finance (Auditors, Ops, Purchasing, IT, etc), while managing strict timelines and deadlines Required education and experience BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance required EEO and Disclosure The pay range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 - $85,000. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and a diligent working attitude is essential.
