About The Position
Encompass Health is seeking an Accountant to support hospital operations by managing payroll, invoices, and financial reporting. The role involves financial analysis and ensuring accurate and compliant financial processes.
Requirements
- Two years of experience with payroll and accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Three to four years of healthcare accounting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for hospital employees.
- Manage invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
- Support financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain daily financial reports and submit them to corporate.
- Assist leadership with special projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
