Responsibilities

• Record month-end expenses and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare for audits.
• Record and track reserves.
• Ensure compliance with the travel and entertainment policy.
• Ensure monthly costs are accounted for and allocated appropriately.
• Handle customer volume incentives and rebates.
• Report on claims and cargo liability.
• Work closely with the driver payroll team.
• Prepare and record bad debt.
• Oversee equipment rentals.
• Prepare general ad hoc reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
