The base pay range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.

Requirements

Excellent understanding of all components of Accounting including ERP systems, databases and metrics
Ability to be proactive, resourceful, efficient, and work in a hands-on fluid growth environment
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, as well as 3-5 years of industry related accounting experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and V-lookups)

Responsibilities

Assist with Monthly and Year-end accounting close.
Prepare monthly journal entries of prepaids and accruals.
Maintain accurate and organized audit trail of all month-end related tasks for the company.
Daily banking reconciliations and credit card transaction review for all restaurant locations.
Maintain detailed reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
Review and audit accuracy coding of all general ledger coded expenses with the operations team.
Assist with maintaining accurate files for the accounting department.
Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions on a regular basis.
Assist in Quarterly & Annual 3rd party CPA reviews.
Supervise Accounting Staff members as assigned.
Performs other duties as required or assigned by company senior leadership.
