About The Position

Under the supervision of the Associate Provost of Academic Budget and Personnel, the Finance and Analytics Officer will provide leadership to support data-driven decision-making through effective development, analysis, monitoring and record-keeping of budgetary activities for the Division of Academic Affairs. The primary duties of this position is related to the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of fiscal and business processes, including budget reconciliation, expenditure and budget transfers, department spending and purchasing activity reconciliation. The Finance and Analytics Officer serves as a source of procedural knowledge; therefore, problem-solving and strong attention to detail are essential to this role. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively, to be flexible, and exhibit a positive and professional attitude directly contributes to the success of the entire team.
