Requirements

  • General ledger (GL) responsibilities
  • Accounts payable maintenance
  • Accounts payable processing and reporting review
  • Monthly journal entries and allocations preparation
  • Fixed assets processing and reporting
  • AMEX Reports and Files management and review
  • Billing ATP Review assistance
  • AP checks separation and mailing
  • Client/insurance payment entry into HER assistance
  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing responsibilities
  • Balance sheet accounts reconciliations maintenance
  • Document auditing and verification
  • Internal management information reports preparation (program performance breakdowns, expense analysis, budget projection)
  • Interface with outside audit firms, banks, lessors, and credit card companies
  • Utilize financial planning concepts with accounting information systems
  • Analyze and report cost, utilization, and other performance-related information
  • Monitor cash flow activity
  • Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals

Responsibilities

  • Prepares monthly financial records and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Responsible for general ledger (GL).
  • Maintains accounts payables for all programs as assigned.
  • Review of accounts payable processing and reporting.
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries and allocations.
  • Fixed assets processing and reporting.
  • Manage and Review AMEX Reports and Files.
  • Assist with billing ATP Review.
  • Separate and mail AP checks.
  • Assist with client/insurance payment entry into HER.
  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing responsibilities.
  • Maintain balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
  • Auditing and verifying documents.
  • Preparation of certain internal management information reports, including but not limited to, program performance breakdowns, various expense analysis and budget projection.
  • Interface with outside audit firms, banks and lessors, and credit card companies.
  • Utilize financial planning concepts to interact with accounting information systems, analyze and report cost, utilization and other performance related information.
  • Monitors cash flow activity and ensure that financial plans are consistent with organizational goals.
