About The Position

OneStream is looking for an Accountant II to join our Accounting team. The Accountant II position is responsible for analyzing financial performance to help senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. This individual will review project margins to provide preemptive insights to leaders. This individual will also be accountable for reconciling the general ledger and invoices, assisting in project implementations, Invoicing and continual process improvement.

Requirements

College diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, related discipline, or relevant experience.
2-5 years of Accounting experience.
Knowledge of GAAP.
Familiarity with Intacct, Salesforce.com, and PSA System.
Experience with contracts, invoicing, and billing.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

Integration and configuration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of the monthly financial package, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
Assist in monthly invoicing.
Prepare/update and analyze regularly scheduled reporting. This occurs in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals.
Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports.
Assist engagement managers with weekly forecasting and close process.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as required
Assist with month end close process as needed.
Retrieve and prepare data from a range of sources for upload, using Excel formulas (especially Vlookup), filters, formatting etc. to manipulate data
Reconcile accounts.
Support global and local annual audit compliance.
Expense Reporting with Concur.
Special projects, ad-hoc requests and analysis as requested.
