About The Position
This position is part of the Sponsored Student Billing team within the University Bursar, located in the Finance & Accounting unit of the CFO Division. The role supports the team by resolving complex payment issues on student and sponsor accounts, monitoring aging on sponsor accounts, and assisting with processing during peak periods. The incumbent delivers excellent customer service to students and ensures the timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
